Guidelines for Rise and Climb Adventure Course Operations During the Covid-19 Pandemic 

These policies are in accordance with the guidelines set by the Chief Public Health Office and will be enforced until further notice. Updated 05/01/2021 

All visitors must stay home if they are feeling ill or experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms.  All visitors must not be required to self-isolate.

COURSE CAPACITY 

Climbing times will be limited to two-hour blocks. There is a maximum of 50 climbers per zone each 2.5 hour block. To maintain social distancing, only one person will be allowed per platform. The Zip Lines will remain closed for the season.  Reservations are highly recommended.

CLEANING 

We will have 30 minutes between all bookings. This time will be used for cleaning and disinfecting the equipment.

Hand sanitizer will be available around the premises.

STAFF  

Staff will be asked to stay home if they are feeling ill or experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms.

LASER TAG

Players must maintain physical distancing of 6 ft with individuals who are not part of one’s household.  Laser tag guns will be wiped down and disinfected after each use. 

Booking must be made in advance.

WAIVERS

Participants are encouraged have a completed waiver.  These may be printed at home to limit contact at the course.  They can be found at the following link:
