Description: To manage and supervise the Course Staff; ultimately ensuring that participants are using the course in a safe and enjoyable manner.

Requirements:
> Must be 18 years + of age.
> Must be very responsible, relatively fit and have excellent people skills.
> Must have excellent managerial skills.
> Complete a training course covering equipment usage, rescue training, risk management and overall safety.
> Must have current Standard First Aid.
> Enjoy working outdoors rain or shine and at heights of over 40 ft.
> Work well with others and foster a good team atmosphere.
> Must have a reliable means of transportation to Cornwall.
> Must be willing to work a variety of shifts between 9 am and 8 pm Monday to Sunday.
> Climbing or High Ropes experience is desirable.
> Prior management and/or supervisory experience is desirable but not a prerequisite.

Salary: $14.25 to $14.50 an hour.

Dates: Full-Time or Part-Time based on current course hours.

Duties Include:
> Interacting with course participants in a friendly and professional manner.
> Training and evaluating staff on a regular basis.
> Schedule staff based on course bookings.
> Deal with customer complaints and issues.
> Inspect the course prior to opening and make necessary adjustments.
> Complete and log various reports including staff evaluations.
> Facilitate the Laser Tag equipment and oversee client's games.
> Fit participants with gear and train them on how to navigate the course safely.
> Evaluate participants ability during and after ground school and offer appropriate feedback and instruction.
> Assist participants who are struggling on the course and perform rescues if needed.
> Repair minor damages to the course.
> Remove those from the course who are NOT abiding safely.
> Handle Front Desk duties from time to time.
> Performing additional tasks as requested by the Owners.
